• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Teaching certificate preferred but not required
• Pass a national background check

Pay Information

The standard pay for substitute teachers is as follows:

Certified

Certified Substitute Teachers ..........$100.00 per day

*Possession of an Oklahoma teaching certificate is needed to be considered a certified sub. 

Non-Certified

Non-certified Substitute Teacher...$75.00 per day
